Yoga On The Farm Page

Hyde Park yoga sessions are the epitome of relaxation. Add a sprinkle of whimsy with our friendly, charismatic llamas and alpacas to the mix, and you've got an exhilarating experience. Yes, llama yoga (and alpaca yoga) are part of the experience here.

Lavender Loofahs and Llamaste Yoga At The Farm

Join us for a fun session of Hyde Park Yoga led by yoga teacher Virginia Bocchicchio. You'll get to practice surrounded by the friendly llamas and alpacas at Clover Brooke Farm. After that, Andrea Parent-Tibbetts will lead a hands-on lesson in which participants make their own lavender loofah.

Novices Are Welcome To Join The Hyde Park Yoga Experience

It doesn't matter whether you've never done outdoor yoga before. We invite you to participate in a session covering the fundamentals of yoga. The sessions are designed for beginners – but with a twist (llamas and alpacas); however, participants of all levels are welcome.

Our llama yoga package includes a one-of-a-kind Lavender Experience, where you'll make your very own loofah to enjoy in the comfort of your own home.

Your Yoga Instructor Has 20 Years Of Experience

Yoga has been a part of Virginia Bocchicchio's life for the last 20 years, and she has taught the discipline in New York's Hudson Valley and Brooklyn since 2007. Her teachings cultivate strength, steadiness, and ease in any yoga practice by using energy opposites to build balance and stability in the practitioner. Her meticulous attention to alignment principles also contributes to this goal.

And So Does Our Owner

Clover Brooke Farm is well-known for its outstanding llama and alpaca hikes and small animal fiber farming experiences that they provide via Airbnb. Andrea Parent-Tibbetts is the owner of the farm. She has over 20 years of experience as a Fiber Artist and has been breeding fiber animals since 2010. On the farm and in the community, she often teaches seminars on topics such as handcrafted soap made from goat milk, wet and needle felting, hand spinning, and other areas of fiber art.
