Rental Space Capacity Options

  • Seated Events: Host up to 20–30 guests in a cozy, intimate setting.

  • Cocktail-Style Parties: Accommodate 60–75 guests for a lively and spacious gathering.

What’s Included in Your Booking

Your event at Clover Brooke Farm comes with:

  • Amenities: WiFi, tables, chairs, coffee/tea

  • Features: Restrooms, breakout space, wheelchair accessibility, kitchen, outdoor area, parking, AC/Heat

  • Spaces: 1,200 sq. ft. indoor barn space + 600 sq. ft. attached outdoor deck

Rental Details

  • Accommodates up to 25 Seated/75 people for standing

  • $75-$125/hour (4-hour minimum) depending on the number of ppl

  • $150 cleaning fee

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is required 14 days prior to your event date. This deposit will be returned at the end of your rental, provided there are no damages or issues.
