📍 Indoor Barn Space Rental

✔ Capacity – Up to 30 seated / 75 standing
✔ Amenities – WiFi, tables, chairs, coffee/tea
✔ Features – Restrooms, breakout space, wheelchair accessibility, kitchen, outdoor area, parking, AC/heat
✔ Space – 1,270 sq. ft. indoor barn + 600 sq. ft. attached outdoor deck

💰 $125/hour (4-hour minimum required)

🧹 Cleaning Fee – $150 per rental
🔒 Security Deposit – A refundable 30% deposit is required 14 days prior to your event date

📍 Pavilion Space Rental

✔ Capacity – Up to 25 seated / 75 standing
✔ Amenities – Tables, chairs
✔ Features – Restrooms, wheelchair accessibility, outdoor area, parking
✔ Space – 1,200 sq. ft. open-air pavilion

💰 $75/hour (4-hour minimum required)

🧹 Cleaning Fee – $150 per rental
🔒 Security Deposit – A refundable 30% deposit is required 14 days prior to your event date.
