An equine activity sponsor or professional is not liable for injury to or the death of a participant resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.
Unpredictable behavior of animals, including horses, donkeys, alpacas, llamas, goats, sheep, and
livestock
Sudden movements, sounds, or reactions by animals
Uneven or slippery footing, including mud, gravel, ice, snow, and natural terrain
Weather conditions and outdoor environmental hazards
Collisions with animals, people, fencing, or farm equipment
Actions or inactions of participants
