Focaccia Class: Create & Make at the Farm
Focaccia Class: Create & Make at the Farm, Take & Bake at Home
Date: Saturday, September 14, 2025
Location: Clover Brooke Farm
Instructor: Nancy Estes
Spend an inspiring morning at Clover Brooke Farm learning the art of focaccia! In this hands-on class, the dough will already be prepared for you — giving more time to focus on decorating your bread like a true artist. Think of it as creating a Monet on your focaccia canvas using fresh, seasonal vegetables from Pleasantland Farms.
We’ll also discuss variations of focaccia, from traditional yeast-based to sourdough, so you can understand the different textures and flavors each style brings. By the end of class, you’ll have a beautifully decorated focaccia ready to take home and bake fresh in your own oven.
This workshop is casual, creative, and delicious — perfect for food lovers of all levels. While we will avoid nuts in our recipes, please note that gluten-free alternatives cannot be provided.
✨ Come ready to play with color, texture, and flavor — and leave with a focaccia masterpiece that’s as beautiful as it is tasty!
